IPMA Privacy Statement

This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of the IPMA site (the “Site”). It also applies to other online or offline IPMA sites, products or services, unless specifically stated otherwise on such sites, products or services. The IPMA collects your name, e-mail, organization name to register you for an IPMA event.

The Site may collect certain information about your visit, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; and the pages that you access while at the Site. This information is used for the operation and improvement of the Site.

Use of Your Personal Information

The personal information collected on this Site will be used in the operation of IPMA Events and to operate the Site and provide the service(s) you have registered for.

Additionally, we may send you information about other IPMA products and services, and/or share your personal information with IPMA partners and sponsors so they may send you information about their products and services.

Personal information collected on the Site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which IPMA or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using the Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. IPMA abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union.

We use cookies on this Site to ensure the integrity of the registration process and to personalize the Site. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. IPMA uses retargeting tools to advertise its conferences, products and services, content, and allow IPMA Corporate Members to advertise online. Visitors to the IPMA website can opt-out of remarketing networks that use cookies by visiting Google Ads Settings page. Alternatively, IPMA website visitors can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Use of Page Tags
IPMA Web pages may use page tags to assist in delivering cookies on our sites and allow us to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services.
