Welcome Message from IPMA Chair  -  Gary (Mace) Maciejewski

Welcome to the Information Processing Management Association (IPMA) Forum for 2010!   This year, arguably more so than any time in the past, is a year of technology challenges and change.  As with any change, we each have to manage that change on a professional and a personal basis.  Forum 2010’s varied program tracks are presented to meet those changing needs of IT professionals in Washington State.   This year, Forum is centered on change enabling technical topics like: cloud computing, social networking, mobile security standards, virtual storage management, and leadership change skills.  Forum will also continue to offer a session devoted to quick technology briefings designed to introduce other new technologies.

Be sure to check out the details for Forum 2010 on this web site. Please stop by and visit our sponsors and vendors and the IPMA board members while at Forum.  Let us know what you think of this year’s event format and how it impacts each of you.  Remember, the Forum is the centerpiece of an IPMA year-long effort to provide you and your colleagues educational and networking opportunities.  On the IPMA web site, you can leave comments on events you would like to see or suggestions on how we can improve.   Again, thank you for supporting your IPMA.
