Capstone Projects
Capstone project presentations are the culmination of the LeaderPath for IT Managers program. The purpose of the Capstone assignment is to allow program participants to demonstrate the learning opportunities afforded by their participation in the LeaderPath program while also grappling with the challenges of current IT strategies in state government. Through their work on the assigned Capstone Project team, participants will be expected to demonstrate both formal and informal leadership behaviors, strategic thinking and strategic planning, positive communication skills, active team participation, and professional presentation of a thoughtful approach to addressing current challenges faced by many state agencies or state government in general.
