Leading Change in Organizational Culture

Develop recommendations for changing an IT division from one that holds a poor reputation to one that is revered for consistent effectiveness in supporting agency business. Introduce new ideas and new ways of accomplishing the agency mission with the support of a valued IT department whose staff are empowered to improve products and processes. Include plans to address IT staff development on a consistent bases. Resources are lean and the stakes are high. Can your team move this agency from familiar solutions to new strategies?
