Registration for Executive Seminar 2023 is now open!

Disruption is our new normal in state technology and the world at large. Technology can either help us respond to disruption or can serve as a disruptive force itself.

The 2023 Executive Seminar will focus on change and innovation in Washington’s public sector IT and will bring together industry experts and government technology leaders to discuss the latest developments and trends in the field.

We are opening registration earlier this year so you can block out the time on your busy calendar, commit staff resources and provide for the event in your budget.

Attendees will hear from keynote speakers, engage in panel discussions, and network with peers from throughout the state. The conference will provide a platform for participants to learn about innovative leadership strategies and techniques for embracing change, leading through the era of disruption and using technology to drive business outcomes. Topics of discussion will include digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and other potentially disruptive technologies.

This event will be an opportunity for professionals to gain valuable insights, share their experiences, and connect with others who are passionate about driving progress and innovation in our ever-changing world.

LeaderPath is Back!

Do you have good managers in your organization that need the right training opportunity to increase their leadership acumen?  Are you an aspiring leader looking to prepare yourself for that next step towards a leadership position?

If you answered yes to either of these questions, we have good news for you.

LeaderPath is back, with a new cohort launching in September 2022.  LeaderPath addresses the unique leadership opportunities faced by public sector IT professionals and the business partners who work closely with IT. This customized, interactive program is an intense and robust six-month learning experience which has graduated eight cohorts of roughly 30 professionals semi-annually since 2005.

To learn more about it, you and your guest(s) are invited to join us in person at South Puget Sound Community College Lacey Campus on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, from 8:00am-12:00pm, for LeaderPath NEXT, an alumni reunion and introduction to those who are considering their application to this valuable program.  This is an opportunity for you to experience the interactive learning style LeaderPath has come to be known for and to hear from alumni of the benefit they received and how it has transformed their own leadership ability.

This will be an energetic and fun morning which will feature Robert Jeffers, LeaderPath Faculty Director, presenting Successfully Managing What Lies Ahead.

Attendance is free!  But registration is required as space is limited.
