Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payments

Payments for state employees may be made using the state's Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. The IPMA's Vendor Number is SWV0025984-00.

Payment by Check

Pay by check made out to IPMA. Send the check to IPMA, PO Box 1943, Olympia, WA  98507-1943.

Credit Card Payments

IPMA's secure credit card payment services are provided through Total Merchant Concepts (TMC). There will be a $50 fee for the cancellation of any credit card transactions.

To make a credit card payment:

  1. Select the number of attendees
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed and verify number of attendees and payment amount.
  3. After completing the billing information be sure to list the name(s) of attendee(s) in the "Additional Information" area.
