Budget Storm
This will be an interactive day, bringing together state employees and IPMA sponsors to engage in presentations and discussions on navigating the state’s financial challenges, while still being innovative and providing services to Washingtonians. Join us to share your experiences and challenges and talk with business partners on how they can help.

In times of uncertainty and limited resources, resilience becomes the cornerstone of organizational success. This forum explores how fostering collaboration and leveraging innovation can strengthen adaptability and sustain progress in challenging environments. By prioritizing teamwork, diverse perspectives, and creative problem-solving, organizations can uncover opportunities to do more with less and maintain mission-critical goals.
