October PD Event: Customer Experience Workshop
This event is designed to equip state agency IT professionals with the tools, insights, and frameworks needed to embed customer experience (CX) and user-centered design into every project and service delivery effort.
In alignment with Governor Ferguson's Executive Order 25‑06, which established Your Washington as the state's central customer experience hub, this session emphasizes how integrating CX practices can improve service outcomes, enhance digital equity, and strengthen public trust.
This workshop will also include a hands‑on portion, giving participants the opportunity to practice CX methods directly and apply them to real‑world scenarios.
When:
- 10-20 8:30AM-4:30PM (Doors open at 8:00AM)

- In person: St Martin's Worthington Center, 5300 Pacific Avenue, Lacey WA
- Virtual: Zoom
- Note to those attending in person: Lunch is not included, but a continental breakfast will be provided and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

November "Accessibility Matters" Conference
