October PD Event: Customer Experience

This event is designed to equip state agency IT professionals with the tools, insights, and frameworks needed to embed customer experience (CX) and user-centered design into every project and service delivery effort. In alignment with the Governor’s Executive Order establishing Your Washington—the next evolution of Results WA—this session emphasizes how integrating CX practices such as customer journey mapping, usability testing, and inclusive design can improve service outcomes, enhance digital equity, and strengthen public trust. Through a mix of presentations, hands-on activities, and peer discussions, participants will gain practical skills to design technology solutions that are responsive, human-centered, and aligned with the Your Washington vision of putting Washingtonians first.

November "Accessibility Matters" Conference
